FDA approves daraxonrasib, a RAS-targeted pill that nearly doubled survival in metastatic pancreatic cancer

Rasonque, from Revolution Medicines, is the first broad RAS inhibitor cleared for previously treated metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. A 500-patient trial showed median overall survival of 13.2 months versus 6.7 months on chemotherapy.
