The late Lindsey Graham’s sister defeated Rep. Ralph Norman in Tuesday’s special primary runoff after a Trump rally, a MAGA Inc. spend, and a debate stumble on national security.

Henry McMaster appointed her, and she flubbed a debate question on Taiwan. She faces Democrat Annie Andrews in a seat expected to stay Republican.
